1989 Porsche 911 turbo Cabriolet aka 930 with Very Low Mileage of only 32,640. Very rare, one year of production only, and the last year or the original 911 structure referred to as the G body. The 1989 model year was the only year Porsche installed the G50 5 speed manual transmission propelling the Turbo Charged 911. Please take as much time as you need in reviewing the large number of photographs of this unbelievable condition automobile. This car is probably nicer than these pictures depict. It is in excellent and outstanding condition in all respects. I have also included undercarriage pictures showing absolutely no corrosion in a perfectly dry motor and transmission. Since this collector obtained this automobile there have been no expenses spared. This vehicle has been serviced by a 40-year factory certified Porsche shop foreman from our local Porsche dealership of whom we are very friendly. In his words I haven’t seen a nicer one of these since the day. This car features a seldom seen exterior finish of linen metallic over black full supple leather featuring a perfect black fabric top and boot.

the 1989 Porsche 911 Turbo was Porsche’s top-of-the-line 911 product produced between 1975-1989. These automobiles are the wild child from Stuttgart. The early cars with four-speed transmissions were quite a handful to drive. Back in the day they were known as the Dr. Killer (as they were the people who could afford to buy them) or the widow maker. Numbers just don’t do the performance of this car justice. You step on the go peddle, the turbo comes on, and you feel like you’re in a Rocket ship. It just takes off and goes! Sure, there are faster cars being produced today although way back in 1975 through 1989 these were considered A ticket rides. And now a grade A investment. Remember 1989 was really the end of the analog 911. The thing I like best about the analog cars is that you must drive them. Porsches were made for drivers. They had no traction control, no power steering or even an automatic transmission. A true sports car made to be driven.
